Pileated Woodpecker & Three Nestlings 06-04-26
Spent a little more time with the Pileated Woodpeckers this morning. I took some video before I started taking some photos. I haven’t reviewed the video yet…
Looks like there are still 3 nestlings. There was a male seen when I started taking photos when I got there. He also also making lots of noise calling to his mom who was close by. Mom visited the nest twice while I was there and the last photos of the two female nestlings were after mom left after feeding them.
