Well, I’m back from the AuSable Canoe Marathon. I started writing a narrative tonight so I’ll keep this short. I had a good time. Bill and I placed 34th overall with a time of 16:20:17.We placed 27th place in the sprint with a time of 6minutes and 39.75 seconds. Here are a couple pictures of us during the sprint. Chris Gerwing took the photos with my camera.
I did go for a 1:15 easy paddle today on the Mississippi River.
Last night I tried posting my PDF file of the 1949 Aquatennial Canoe Race brochure that I received from Gene Jensen's brother, but I can't post it on my blog where everyone can see it. I'm not sure what I can do about it.
