Devon Allman

Last night, 02-12-11, I saw Devon Allman and his band, Honeytribe, at Wilebski's Blues Saloon.

I've been a fan of the Allman Brothers Band since about 1970. Although, Devon isn't with the Allman Brothers he is Gregg Allman's son, so this was one one of the reasons I went to see them.

They played to a pretty good size crowd for Wilebski's. There were more people after the band started playing, but that could be due to the confusing time schedule that has been in place.

Wilebski's a while back went to the featured band playing at 07:30 pm then the second band playing afterwards. That hasn't always been the case, so I checked the bars schedule for tonight and they advertised that the Tim O'Brien Project would start at 07:30 pm. Well, I get there early anyways only to find out that Devon started at 08:00pm and Tim afterwards. A new friend sat at the table with Kim and I and told us of her experience of even calling the bar the night of a performance and told something completely different. I'm not too sure who is running the place.

Anyways, here are some images.
